Our Core Competency
We developed our first IP core, the Intel 80C51 replacement in 1997. Since then we have perfected the 8051 architecture and introduced three generations of the 8051 microcontroller. The most recent addition to the line, the R80251XC, is a true power horse ready to face a wide range of applications. The R8051XC2 is the fastest 8051 IP core in the market, while the T8051 is the smallest 8051 compatible microcontroller there is.
The success of the 8051 microcontroller soon enabled us to open other product lines - USB and memory controllers.
Improvements in the IP core design flow resulted in adoption of the latest standards in digital circuits verification and IP deliverables, which now include IP-XACT packaging and TLM or ISS models for selected products.
We have a team of over seventy qualified engineers organized in a very flat company structure. This is why our customers can exchange information directly with the IP core developers, which is exceptional in this business.
